These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the Allma's boutique website. By placing an order, the customer accepts without reservation these general conditions of sale. 3. Order

5. Delivery

7. Warranty

The products sold by the Allma's boutique online store benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Swiss Code of Obligations. This guarantee covers any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the products.

Replacement or refund of the defective product will be carried out at no additional cost to the customer. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product by the same payment method used when ordering. Return costs will be covered by the Allma's boutique online store.
